2016 RQR Symposium
The 9th Symposium of the Réseau Québécois en reproduction will take place on November 8th and 9th 2016 at the Espaces Dalhousie in Vieux-Québec. A training workshop on genome editing will be held prior the Symposium on November 7th. Details of this workshop will follow during the next weeks.

KT Award
As part of the 2016 Symposium, the RQR will offer two Knowledge Transfer Awards: a researcher award and a trainee award.
These two awards in the amount of $400 each will be officially awarded at the RQR Annual Symposium in November along with an honorary plaque. Please note that it is also possible to nominate another member, trainee or researcher.
Applications must be submitted by email at j.blouin@umontreal.ca by September 23rd and a committee will review the applications.

Reproductive Biology course
A course on reproductive biology is offered at the Faculté de médecine vétérinaire and is available online on the RQR website. Many topics are discussed and most of the presentations given by various RQR researchers were filmed and placed on the website. You can access it by creating an account to access the secure section of the RQR website.

2016 Symposium sur les bovins laitiers
The Quebec Reference Center for Agriculture and Agri-food (CRAAQ) will present the 2016 Symposium sur les bovins laitiers on Thursday October 27 at the Centrexpo Cogeco in Drummondville.
Deadline to register, and benefit from the special price, is October 13.
