Two M.Sc. or Ph.D. positions in the field of mammalian developmental epigenetics. The projects will be carried out at the Center Research Center in Reproduction and Fertility (CRRF) and will focus on the epigenetic impact of in vitro embryo production.

Research projects: These projects will provide training in the fields of reproduction, epigenetic inheritance, and transcriptional regulation during development. Furthermore, trainees will learn state-of-the-art epi-transcriptomic techniques, including the preparation and analysis of ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, and bisulfite-seq data in embryonic tissues.

Location and starting date: The laboratory is located at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, located on the Saint-Hyacinthe campus of the Université de Montréal. Start date: between January and September 2024, to be determined with the candidate.
