Nowadays, most people believe that whether we develop a disease or not depends mainly on the DNA we inherit from our parents. But obviously, the environment also has its share of responsibility regarding our health. Our lifestyle and the substances and factors which we are exposed to, such as what we eat, stress, exercise and toxicants, have a huge impact on the diseases that we could develop.
